Child Safety Standards

WoofiWalk is a social community for dog owners and is not directed at children under 16. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or content that depicts, promotes, solicits or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

Prohibited conduct and content

Users may not create, upload, share, request, link to or otherwise distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming content, sexualized depictions of minors, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to exploit or endanger a child. Attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes or to move such conversations to another service are also prohibited.

Reporting in WoofiWalk

Users can report profiles, posts, forum content, messages and WoofiSnap media from the relevant in-app menu. Reports involving possible child safety concerns are prioritized. Users can also contact post@woofiwalk.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Review and enforcement

Reported content may be hidden while it is reviewed. Content that violates these standards is removed, and accounts may be restricted, suspended or permanently terminated. We preserve limited information where necessary to investigate abuse, prevent repeat violations, comply with law and support valid legal requests.

Cooperation with authorities

WoofiWalk complies with applicable child-safety laws and reports apparent CSAM or child exploitation to the appropriate regional or national authorities when required. We cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement and other competent authorities.
